  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, panko bread crumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
