  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, or more to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season sirloin steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sear steak strips for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in remaining butter until fragrant. Add heavy cream and Velveeta; stir until melted.
  5. Mix in mozzarella and cheddar until creamy. Combine cooked rotini with the sauce and add back the steak strips to warm through.
  6. Serve immediately with fresh parsley if desired.
