8 large sea scallops

1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
Pat the scallops dry and marinate them in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
