  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Place the trimmed beef tenderloin in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, coating well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your broiler or grill pan to high heat.
  4. Broil the pineapple slices for about 5 minutes on each side until caramelized; set aside.
