Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets for 6-8 minutes until fork-tender; season lightly with salt.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a non-stick skillet, pan-sear over medium heat in olive oil for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Dice the avocado and season with black pepper and a pinch of salt. Optionally drizzle with olive oil or lemon juice.
  4. Plate the steamed cauliflower, pan-seared chicken, and diced avocado together. Finish with a crack of black pepper before serving.
