  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 300g fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).
  2. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Spread them on one side of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, coat chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place in the center of the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Toss trimmed green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. After 20 minutes of baking, add them to the dish.
  6. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75C (165F), potatoes are golden brown, and green beans are tender.
  7. Serve warm.
