1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.
