  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional cinnamon. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
