  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
