  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  3. Roll out each biscuit dough piece into a flat circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and seal by pinching the edges.
  5. Place on the baking sheet seam side down, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
