Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté sliced chicken, seasoning with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Stir in cream (or Greek yogurt) and let simmer for 12 minutes.
Steam or microwave frozen peas and carrots until tender (3-5 minutes), then toss with butter and a pinch of salt.
