  • 250g shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Steamed broccoli (for serving)
  • Garlic toast (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sauté in a skillet over medium heat with butter until pink (about 2-3 minutes per side). Remove from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, melt more butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes before gradually adding parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss cooked pasta into the Alfredo sauce along with the sautéed shrimp.
  5. Plate with steamed broccoli and garlic toast.
