  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Seasonings: Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear chicken pieces seasoned with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and whole milk; simmer gently.
  4. Stir in Velveeta until melted, then mix in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
