  • 200 g fettuccine pasta
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Toss in steamed broccoli and cooked fettuccine until well coated with the sauce.
  5. Serve topped with grilled chicken slices.
