  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. In the last 2 minutes, add broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; mix in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Combine cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken with the sauce; toss gently to coat.
