  • 200 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream and let simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese until slightly thickened.
  4. Add steamed broccoli and cooked pasta to the skillet; toss to combine well.
  5. Serve topped with sliced chicken breast and garnish with fresh parsley.
