  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet. Add chicken broth to deglaze the pan, then whisk in softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Arrange seared chicken in the baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over it.
