  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by cutting the beef into chunks and slicing the onion while mincing the garlic.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent, then add minced garlic and grated ginger for an additional minute.

  5. Season with salt and black pepper; serve hot over jasmine rice or with naan.
