  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • Additional milk for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Dice the peaches.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and turbinado sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in milk and vanilla.
  3. Fold in diced peaches gently.
