  • 300g chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, chicken stock, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok; stir-fry marinated chicken until browned (5-7 minutes). Set aside.
  4. Stir-fry garlic, carrots, mushrooms, and bell pepper in the same wok until tender-crisp (3-4 minutes).
  5. Combine chicken and veggies; add the sauce and stir until well coated.
