  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread some Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Place about 1/4 cup of filling at one end of each noodle and roll tightly.
  4. Arrange rolls seam-side down in the dish. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over top and sprinkle with leftover mozzarella.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
