  • 6 slices turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Drain excess grease if necessary, then stir in the cooked turkey bacon.
  4. Add the beef broth and seasonings: salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir well.
  5. Reduce heat to low and let the chili simmer for about 20 minutes until thickened.
  6. Stir in butter before serving to add richness.
  7. Serve hot in bowls.
