  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Extract (water-Free)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into a springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Incorporate eggs one at a time.
  3. Pour batter into crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool gradually in the oven.
  4. Caramelize sliced bananas in butter with brown sugar and cinnamon over medium heat for about 3 minutes per side.
  5. For the glaze, simmer Vanilla Extract (water-Free) with brown sugar and water until thickened.
  6. Once cooled, top cheesecake with caramelized bananas and drizzle with glaze before serving.
