  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for caramel sauce)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (for caramel sauce)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (for caramel sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie layer: Melt butter and mix in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir in sifted flour, cocoa, and salt. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  3. Make the cheesecake layer: Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, adding eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla and sour cream.
