Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika, then sear until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add garlic butter, scraping up any browned bits.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, bringing it to a simmer for about 2 minutes before stirring in the heavy cream.
  5. Add Velveeta and stir until melted, then mix in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until smooth.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with sauce, then fold in the seared beef. Heat through for another 2–3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
