  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown (about 4–6 minutes per batch). Drain on paper towels if desired.
