  • 3 Red or green apples
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Wash the apples, cut them in half, and scoop out the cores.
  3. Place the apple halves skin-side down in the air fryer and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
